CoreWeave officially acquired AI developer platform Weights & Biases for $1.7B, marking a major push into software as it ramps up $10B in data center spend for 2025.
Anysphere, the startup behind Cursor, raised $900M at a $9B valuation from Thrive Capital, a16z, Accel, and others.
Doppel, an AI platform for social engineering defense, raised a $35M Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
