🔥 Creative pulse
This AI film is a timeless story we all share. You’re going to love it.
I’ve wanted to share it for a long time, and now feels like the perfect moment.
First, I want to acknowledge the three filmmakers: Thomas Frenk, Eduardo Maluf de Campos, and Yan Dotta.
What they accomplished for Runway's Gen:48 competition is special. In just 48 hours, they told a story that feels universally human.
On the surface, the film is about childhood, growing up, and the friends (real or imagined) who quietly shape who we become.
But ultimately, the final cut feels like a testament to their own friendship.

🧠 Thought starters
68% of enterprises plan to embed agents into core operations by 2026.
Nearly a quarter are within six months of semi-autonomous rollout, and 20% expect fully autonomous systems in the next year.
Timelines are collapsing: what used to take years is now happening in 6–12 months
Semi-autonomy first: companies are starting with narrow, supervised use cases before scaling
Maturity is decisive: advanced firms are already turning agents into competitive assets while others remain stuck in pilots
Exec alignment matters: boards are more bullish than operators, and that gap will shape the pace of adoption
Agent adoption is moving faster than most forecasts, and the winners will be the ones that scale with discipline and avoid pilot purgatory.

Citi is mandating AI prompt training for 175,000 employees, covering the majority of its workforce. The bank is betting that sharper prompting will boost productivity and prepare it for broader agentic AI rollouts.
