These two tweets are key:

1. Back in February, Sam hinted at this in response to the Meta “AI app” rumor.

2. He’s been (understandably) hyping OpenAI since 2016.

  OpenAI is creating an AI agent called A-SWE that is capable of building apps, running quality assurance tests, and writing documentation.

• Tableau enters the agentic AI era with the launch of Next

  The new platform features agents addressing needs such as data preparation and natural language-based analysis, and includes a semantic layer that targets relevancy and accuracy.

• AI reimagines gravitational wave detection with innovative designs

  The recently published work shows that AI can uncover novel detector designs and inspire human researchers to explore new experimental and theoretical ideas.

• Notion releases an AI-powered email client for Gmail

  Anyone use Superhuman? If you don’t, would you pay for an inbox that organizes itself?

The numbers:

• Compal, Wiwynn (a Wistron affiliate), and U.S.-based Jabil are preparing revised bids for AMD’s AI server assembly plants, which could sell for $3–4 billion. Inventec and Pegatron have exited the race.

• Alibaba-backed AI startup Zhipu plans IPO as early as 2025, aiming to be first among China’s ChatGPT rivals to go public.
