OpenAI is reportedly in talks to buy Windsurf for $3 billion.
Infinite Reality (iR), a company focused on digital media and ecommerce through extended reality (XR), artificial intelligence (AI), and other immersive technologies, announced that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Touchcast, an agentic AI company, for $500 million in a combination of cash and stock.
AI data platform company Hammerspace announced that several venture investors have invested $100 million in growth capital in the company.
hellocare, which offers AI-enabled virtual care delivery for smart hospital rooms, has secured $47 million in an oversubscribed funding growth round.
Well, an AI-driven health engagement company, raised $30 million.
IUNU, a startup using AI and machine vision to monitor greenhouse efficiency, raised $20 million in new funding.
Doss, an AI ERP and data platform, raised $18 million in Series A funding.
Loti AI, a likeness protection technology startup, raised a $16.2 million Series A.
Deck raised a $12 million Series A round to ‘Plaid-ify’ any website using AI.
Capsule, an AI video editing assistant for marketing, sales, and media teams, raised $12 million in a Series A funding round.
